Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom technique brings freedom from negative emotions, it was developed by Gary Craig.

The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system. Combining this emotional element with the ancient principles of acupuncture, EFT has been able to address the causes of these energy disruptions with a gentle tapping procedure (using the fingertips) on meridian points on the body. These points are derived from acupuncture which releases energy blockages that cause negative emotions. EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture, it addresses to emotional issues. Issues can be new as well as rooted back to our childhood days. Since these emotional stresses contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, we often find that EFT provides astonishing physical relief. Impressive results ensue because the process addresses causes instead of symptoms.

Its results for emotional, physical and performance issues are extraordinary. No drugs or surgeries are involved; it often works where nothing else will.

EFT applies to all issues, including:

• Pain Relief

• Anger

• Addictions

• Weight Loss

• Anxiety

• Trauma

• Depression

• Fears & Phobias

• Allergies

• Respiratory Problems

• Blood Pressure

• Relationship Issues

• Women’s Issues

• Children’s Issues

How Does EFT Work?

Energy meridians that run through our body can be blocked or disrupted by unresolved emotional issues, thereby compromising our natural healing potential.

Quite often, people are aware of the events or memories that trigger emotional discomfort in their lives, but they have not yet connected those memories to the symptoms of disease in their bodies. Using EFT, it is possible to revisit the event(s) in question, and balance the disturbed meridians. Properly done, both emotional anguish and the physical symptoms often subside.

Although based on acupuncture, EFT has simplified the realignment process by gently tapping on key meridian points on the head, torso and hands.
